Many of you will remember Jantz Black, Organist and Director of Music for many years at First United Methodist Church in Midland. In July 2019, he became Director of Music Ministries at Orchard United Methodist Church in Farmington Hills, Michigan. While in Midland, he studied privately with Dr. Steven Egler. He started video recording these mid-week mini-recitals as a service to his church, which he calls Midweek Worship and which he has shared with Dr. Egler who thought that they might be an inspiration to our members about how to proceed through the crazy time of Covid-19.
