Brian Heinlein is the Director of Music at St. Peter Lutheran Church and School in Hemlock. There he directs the adult, children, and handbell choirs and teaches music from preschool to eighth grade in the school. Before coming to Michigan in 2019, he served for 17 years as the Director of Music at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Brian has a bachelor's degree in elementary education and instrumental music and a master of church music degree from Concordia University Wisconsin. He has served as organist at various recitals, hymn festivals, organ dedications, and other special events in Wisconsin and Michigan. In addition to being a member of the AGO, he is also a member of the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians, Handbell Musicians of America, Dairyland Theatre Organ Society, Temple Theatre Organ Club, and the Frankentrost Band. His handbell music is published with Concordia Publishing House and AGEHR.
